Set in picturesque regional Victoria The Entertainer is an elegant custom home which has been thoughtfully designed to deliver simplicity, functionality and a seamless transition from everyday living to a relaxed, holiday lifestyle.
The home is carefully zoned into two distinct wings, achieving a balance between privacy and connection. Expansive double-glazed windows frame the panoramic landscape and invite abundant natural light, while also providing considered thermal performance and environmental efficiency.
A sunken lounge creates an intimate retreat, centred around a fireplace that brings warmth and ambience to the living space.
Materiality plays a defining role throughout. Polished concrete floors, feature stone elements and exposed timber beams introduce texture and depth, resulting in a refined yet grounded aesthetic that responds to its regional setting.
Externally, shiplap timber cladding, enseam wall detailing and feature stone allow the home to sit comfortably within its landscape beneath a striking pitched roof form. Outdoor living has been prioritised, with a plunge pool, built-in barbecue and expansive entertaining area finished in recycled timber and natural stone.
A synthetic putting green and sand bunker further enhance the recreational offering, thoughtfully integrated to complement its surroundings.
The project also incorporates carefully considered infrastructure aligned with its environment, including CFA compliance measures, rainwater harvesting, on-site septic systems and a backup generator, ensuring resilience, sustainability and long-term performance.
