This beautifully transformed family home redefines expectations, expanding a modest single-fronted heritage façade into a generous, multi-level contemporary residence.

Originally constrained by space, the growing household required a significant increase in functionality and flexibility. From the street, the home retains its elegant period presence, but beyond the original frontage it opens into a series of expansive living zones, more then doubling the home’s footprint, designed to support modern family life at scale. The result is a seamless blend of heritage character and contemporary design, where each element feels considered and cohesive.

Central to the redesign is a reconfigured tri-level layout, with the primary living hub relocated to the rear of the home. Here, a vast open-plan kitchen, dining, living and study zone forms the heart of the residence, flowing directly to a landscaped backyard complete with an inground pool and outdoor fireplace.
