Hedger Constructions has so far employed 15 apprentices with 100% completion rate. A number of our apprentices have received TAFE awards, Master Builders Regional Apprentice of the Year awards, employer nominated and even the Master Builders State Apprentice of the Year award.
Hedger Constructions also tries to retain our apprentices and have ex-apprentices working for us on wages and as subcontractors.
It is the desire to train apprentices and give back to the industry by producing outstanding trades people that was highlighted as the basis of Hedger Constructions winning this prestigious award.
